James Leo Roper’s oldest child is believed to be buried in an unmarked grave in the Lawrence Cemetery. This was told to Deloris Ramon and Peggy Harvey by a Great Nephew of Maria D. Wilstead Roper.
Possibly the grave of James Leo and Maria D. Wilstead Roper’s oldest child. I believe her name was Elizabeth. I am thinking it may even be Charlotte Elizabeth. I am planning to go back to Price Utah to check out other info, especially the circumstances about her death and the death of James Leo Roper. Grandpa talked about his older sister Elizabeth and the old timers of Lawence stated that’s Maria’s baby.
